There never was a 10 year rule for migrants who have nonlegal status.

How old are you?

What is your full UK immigration history?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I arrived in UK in 2002, I made an application on EEU spouse to regularise my stay but on June 2011 my application was refused on the base that I've a criminal record that I was arrested and jailed here in the UK, My solicitor wrote to the HO regarding thier finding and I refute the allegation and decided to go to court, are all was set for court, 3 days to court, the HO
stood down and requested i go for Thumbprint which I agree to with the pretext that my application will be granted. However, the result was negative.
But the HO office still refused my application asking me to start another application there I was caught out on the new rule of 14.
They refuse to return all my documents and also my passport.
Having spent 17yrs without no criminal record.
I had been refused medical by my GP since 2012 when the application was refused,
It's very painful but i know that the truth will always prevail.
Thanks
