Reasonable cost claim from a judicial review as litigant in person

I was awarded a reasonable cost in a ILR judicial review case and applied as a litigant in person. My ILR was approved and how can i claim my reasonable cost from the home office and can i also claim for financial loss for me and my partner for loss of employments caused by the incorrect decision by the home office. Thank you.
