TLS Contact Johannesburg - Duration to be returned after decision made

Hi there, I am asking regarding my in-laws as they applied for a visitor visa to visit us here in England from South Africa. On the 7th August was told the decision had been made and it will be returned to where they applied. How long does did actually take as they have still not received any email saying it is ready. Quite worried as their flight should be 20th August. Not a lot of time. Anybody know how long it should take to arrive in Johannesburg after the decision was made on the 7th August?
