UK visa for Russians

Hi! I’m planning on taking my russian girl to London for her birthday. She lives in Spain and travelled abroad many times. Does she need a visa to enter the Uk? What is the procedure to follow? Thank you in advance

What is her immigration status in Spain??

What is your nationality and where do you live?

Russians require a visa for the UK.

I live in Spain and have Spanish nationality. She lives here with her family and have living permit. She will be under 18 in the time of the visit to the Uk but I am not under 18
