Non-settlement within 15 working days
Priority Visas within 5 working days
Settlement within 60 working days.

Due to high demand for UK visas your application is still waiting to be assessed by a UKVI decision maker. Please accept our apologies for this delay, we are working hard to complete your visa application as quickly as possible.. You do not need to do anything; we will contact you should we require any additional information from you

Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to enable a decision to be made as soon as possible. We will notify you by email once a decision has been made.

Please do not go to the visa application centre until you have been advised that your passport is ready for collection.  If you are applying in the Passport Passback category and have not already submitted your passport please do so as soon as possible as assessment of your application cannot be completed until this is received.

Did anyone get this email when they applied for visit visa? If yes then did you get your visa? If yes then how many days did it take to get the visa after this email

Any comments from anyone will be greatly helpful

This is just standard email. Don’t trust this. Wait for more than 30wd. My parents came already, flight was filled with students. They will prioritise student visa but sure visit visa will be 30 + wd.

Do you mean Biometric or application?
I don't know anyone but we had our Biometric on 21 September and still waiting for visa

It all depends on which country your applying from? in general there is a delay in visa process - it takes around 31 working days

Takes about 20 Working days ie 4 wks, no matter where you apply from as its all processed in a central location by UKVI/SITEL.

Can we reapply by satisfying the clauses the cw has mentioned, ie. leave approval letter from employer plus the explanation for the QAR3000 deposit.
He earns double that every month so not a large sum.

I hope so since its been 26 wd now and I'm hoping student visa rush should have clamed down by now since its already November

It's been 7 days since you submitted passport any update with you khurram ? counter lady told me that it took 5-7 days to delivery passport at my home address.

Biomatric 24th may (not submitted the passport)
Hold email. Did not receive any hold email.
Issued email. 17th October
Passport submission email 28th October
Let's see when they will return the passport now.

How long does it take for passport to be returned back? Its been almost 10 days since decision email but nothing form VFS, in Qatar the embassy and VFS are walkable distance from each other!

My advise is to please send an email with your reference number. Email of issue and receipt when you submitted your passport and ask them where is your passport.

They responded by saying that a decision has not been made?!

I replied to say that I have recieved a Visa Email stating the visa application has been issued.

Waiting for their email. What a joke.
