UK Visitor visa from India

Hi All
We are planning to apply visiting visa for my mother. My mother name is not there in my passport and she dont have any bank statements to provide.

Basically I am sponsoring her tickets and stay here. There is no document which states she is my mother.


Can someone advise what all documents o need to
Submit.

Your birth certificate - does it show your mother’s name?
Bank statements- without something to show her income or savings that is going to make it very challenging.
Tax returns? Does she have those?
The other issue that will be a barrier will be showing ties to her country and other family members in her country if your mother can not prove those relationships.

My birth certificate doesn’t show her name.
I have 2 brothers staying in India. I can show that and she is house wife and stays with my brother. So she don’t have any income to show. Bank statements or property details or tax returns etc

It is going to be very difficult to convince the caseworker that your mother has sufficient ties to her home country in the circumstances.
Essentially she is a ghost to the financial systems, totally reliant on support from family members to survive and has no property.
It will be a near impossible task to overcome those barriers regardless of proving your relationship.
I can’t see any ready way to overcome the circumstances you face, sorry.
