Can someone please advice on the following:
- Do we need to scan all pages of passports? or is the information pages sufficient i.e. front outer/inner covers, information page, back page?
- When the same document is required under multiple categories (i.e. bank statements 1-to prove salary, 2-to prove dividends, 3-address proof), should i upload the same document multiple times?
I read through a number of posts, but couldn't find a solid answer.
Many Thanks

1) I would advise to scan all pages of the passport at least covering the qualifying period.
2) One time is enough.

You did not mention what your visa category is. The qualifying period your visa application is based on.
So all pages of the passport/s covering that period. Older passports bio pages will be good too.
Personally I sent all passport pages with my application current and previous both.

Got it! Thanks.
Qualifying period would be last 5 years. But since no previous passports, it's not so bad.
I'd have to scan in black and white to fit everything within the 6MB size limit or break into multiple pdf's. would be keen to know which option people typically take. especially if you had previous passports.

I personally had 7 passports. I went for colour and 2 PDFs per 1 passport (consisting of 18 pages each PDF). I had to re-size it using an online software though which took 1 second so its less than 6MB.
As long as you upload your passports does not matter if you do in 1 or multiple PDFs. You are fine as long as each file is less than 6MB. Greyscale is preferred due to better resolution. But colour is fine also.
