I checked right to work website and it says my BRP has expired and they can help me to get back home. The whole system is a joke and the situation is ridiculous. It has been 20 days now and nothing yet regarding FLR-M extension. They should move their asses and communicate with me if they need any extra bloody document. Useless home office with hopeless staffs.

Here is my Experience with Super Priority Service:

Route : ILR application via Tier2( 5 years)

18-Mar-2019:Beforehand, I had 1 hour consultation from immigration lawyer and gathered list of all documents I may require.

23-Mar-2019: Filled and Submitted online application form and selected Super Priority Servcie (costed me £3018.20  ). Booked free appointment for 1-April-2019 at Croydon Sopra Steria UKVCAS centre. I also added document checking service (extra £35)
There were other urgent options too with extra £100, £200.

28-Mar-2019 : Got the latest bank statement and payslips to attach.

30-Mar-2019: Got am Email from Sopra Steria service that they have checked my scanned uploaded documents and all is looking good.

01-April-2019: I had my appointment at 11:30. Got there a bit earlier and they let me in and gave me a ticket number( Manual ticketing service, a person shouts your number at your turn) :)
I was showed an Automatic Biometrics booth which takes photo, finger prints and signature. Took me 5-7 mins to complete.
Waited another 15 mins and I was called for document verification where my uploaded documents were checked for verification however originals were not seen except passport (every page was scanned again besides I uploaded beforehand). In total I spent 30mins for my appointment and it was all over.
Ok same day just before 5PM I received an email from Home office case worker that my leave have been granted. Basically got the decision in 6 hours.
Quite happy with the service however the build up uptil appointment day was a little stressful.

Overall very happy with the service!!

Good luck to all awaiting their appointments. :)

Anyone has experience of submitting supporting documents after biometrics ? my application is still in progress and I wants to upload a document but not sure they will consider it or not.
I was looking at Sopra Steria website and you have option to upload any extra documents by 22:00 same day after your appointment.

I recived the below email for IRL application...

"I’m pleased to confirm that your application for indefinite leave to remain has now been decided. You will receive your decision letter in due course. Thank you for using our super priority service."

Is there anyone who had the same experience? Is it approved or rejected ?
If anyone already received same email? Whatwas outcome later? Thank you all

That differs to what you posted earlier in your other topic

So what does the email ACTUALLY say, the above or the below???

I had my ILR super priority appointment on Saturday 30 th March. And today (1st April) I received below email from home office. I am not sure about outcome of the decision and it is not clear as i paid for that service to inform me the final decision. Here is the email:

*******dear ....
I’m pleased to confirm that your application for leave has now been decided. You will receive your decision letter in due course. Thank you for using our super priority service.********

Even the way they wrote email is not right and they have not said clearly if the application was successful or refused? They say, it has been decided. This email is contradictory with what it has been mentioned on Gov.uk about super priority service outcome. Also in that email it says: **** application for leave? Which is strange. It should say application for indefinite leave to remain or ILR. It seems some one wrote it quickly without even reading once more before submitting the email. Now i need to wait to receive the decision letter by post. Even I don’t know when.
If anyone has same experience please share. Thanks all.

I had a service point in my city but after some thought I decided to go to Croydon (free appointment) rather than hold out for an appointment in my Enhanced Service Point.

12-03-2019 : Submitted application online and made the payment

01-04-2019 : Appointment at Croydon at 11:30am. Arrived just after 11, got checked in and was told to go to the first floor where there was a guy giving out paper tickets. After about 15 minutes my number was called and I was shown to one of the Biometrics Kiosks and given instructions on how to use it. It was easy to use (took a few tries to get a decent signature though!) and took about 5 minutes.
I was then told to sit down and wait for my number to be called again which happened after another 15 minutes or so. I was taken to a cubicle where a nice lady scanned all stamped pages of my passport, checked that all my documents had been scanned properly, asked me if I needed anything more to be scanned, and submitted my application. This took 5-10 minutes (11:47am at this point).

02-04-2019 : Got an email at 9:47am that my application for leave has now been granted and that the BRP and decision letter confirming my immigration status will be delivered in due course. Status on the Right to Work page has been updated.

Very happy with the service, especially after reading all the stories in this thread. I'm also glad I went to Croydon instead of my Enhanced Service Point as it turned out way cheaper.

Now for another trip to London for a US B1/B2 visa appointment next week! Hopefully its easier with an ILR this time.

Hi all,
I applied to FLR (M) with super priority service.
I had my biometrics appointment at 28th of March Thursday. (9am in the morning @ Manchester)

Since then I heard nothing. Even a mail saying something like "we are processing your application"

Should I contact with anywhere?
Or is it normal and I should wait patiently?

Hi Super Priority crowd. SET(M) application 22 Jan, biometrics 4 Feb, waiting since then ('exceptionally complex' blah blah, MP chasing to no avail, 'extended checks' and 'no timeframe').

Today I got an email saying I and my husband are expected to attend an interview - in Sheffield (we live down south) on 16 April midday (no changes unless medical reasons with documentation).

Aside form some scary but generic info - we'll be questioned separately as well, there are no drinks allowed and may be no toilets, it should not exceed 2 hrs, we may not be more than 15 minutes early but will be considered no-shows if late... - there is very little info about what this is all about. Obviously they have further questions but... yikes.

Has anyone else been summoned for an interview like this? I'm tempted to try to take a lawyer with me just because it sounds so intimidating and I'd feel better having someone who knew the law with us - haven't had one thus far - but I have to submit the name of any attending representative *now* when responding to the interview things saying I'll attend - not much time to get legal advice/representation.

Anyone else with this experience?

Hello,

I’ve been browsing this thread for a while now and finally registered today.

My wife applied for ILR (Set m) priority service and hasn’t had a reply yet.

Date of submission : 22 Jan 2019
Documents scanned uploaded : 28 Jan 2019
Biometrics in Croydon Sopra Steria : 7 Feb 2019 @12pm.
Now the waiting game..

I’ve heard a person apply on Saturday after our appointment and got an email on a Sunday. I didn’t know they are working days for caseworkers.

Our case should be straight forward and her previous spouse visa renewal was granted 2.5 years ago without any issues.

Fingers crossed and will update you all if we get an answer.

Ken
Update:

15th Feb: Escalated via phone and received the generic “allow 24 hours” email.

15 Feb: Spoke with my local MP and they were willing to take a look at it for me.

18th Feb: MP emailed me saying they are asking for details on my behalf.

22nd Feb: 2nd Escalation via phone (they already had my wife’s details from the mobile I called from, no need to give details). No generic email received but did get an email from HO saying they are “still considering my application” email and it will take up to “6months”.

I heard they send this generic email monthly and we did apply online exactly on 22nd Jan..

Has anyone else got this email if their application has been submitted for a month or more?

Ken

Hi Ken, wondering if you've heard anything? I recall us being in similar positions. I've had my MP following up, as had hoped to get to my brother's wedding, but have now been informed that husband & I must attend an interview in Sheffield 16 Apr. Wondering if your case resolved and whether you've had this too?

No. There should be space in waiting area for you. But applicant must go in the biometric room alone. Not too long. Almost 30 minutes

I applied for SETM and enrolled my biometrics on Saturday 30th March at 9am in Croydon.

I have received no further email or acknowledgement in regards to my application, not even the 'complex issues' holding email that many seem to receive. As of today (Wednesday 3rd April) I have yet to hear anything. I got paranoid and called Sopra Steria to ask them to check that everything was submitted correctly at my appointment but they confirmed it had.

I must have checked the right to work link over a 100 times refreshing hoping that I'll see a change but nothing. I've emailed UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk requesting an update and offered to provide any further information in order to assist them with processing, but no response yet.

I feel a bit helpless, I haven't yet tried to call the Home Office help desk as I know that I'll be told to wait 5 days before escalating.

They are only call centre & they have no connection with home office. They have no idea about ppl application and i really dont know why uk government provided that help line which is completely useless. Here is the number: ‭0300 123 2241‬. Save ur time and select option 3, 1, 1 then some one will talk. I say again there is no hope with that number. Anyway if u want try.

Hi All,

Just want to share my experience and want to thank this forum. I actually never had to ask any question on this forum while preparing for my application because I found answers all the time by searching this forum and found those threads really helpful.

Route: 5 years spouse visa SET(M)

Application submitted online: 19th March, 2019.

Bio-metrics appointment with Sopra Steria: Croydon, 2nd April, 2019.

Reached the center 20 mins before the appointment time which was 12:00 noon. The lady at the reception is super nice and makes you feel welcome and gives you entry even if you have arrived early. Got token at 11:50 and by 12:50 I was done with the bio-metrics, picture and documents submission. It took me only 5 mins with the agent to check my docs and he scanned my passport and did not even ask to look at any of thee documents that I had submitted myself from home(though i had themm all handy just inc case).

I received an email today 3rd April at 13:00 BST, exactly 25 hours after submitting my documents.

Dear Mr ____,

I am pleased to confirm that your application for indefinite leave to remain has now been granted. You will receive your decision letter and biometric residence permit (BRP) in due course and these will confirm your immigration status. Thank you for using our super priority service.

I am pretty happy with the overall experience. I believe opting for super priority service was a good decision and 600 quids have paid off.

Thank you everyone for the help and now see you next time when I'll be applying for the naturalization.

Cheers.

I have been following this form since jan 2019. I wanted to share mine and my son timeline of ILR application under super priority service.hope this will be helpful for other members who are in similar situation. We both submitted Application separately. Both application were Tier1 ( Entrepreneur) PBS dependent five year route.

My son timeline online application submitted 20/02/2019
biometric at Mark lane London; 13/3/2019 at 7.30am
Email acknowledgment; none
Email received; ILR granted on 18/03/2019 at 12.45
online status checked; changed
BRP received; 20/03/2019
Decision letter 21/03/2019

My Timeline online application; 24/01/2019
Biometric at Croydon: 11/02/2019 at 11.30am
Email acknowledgment: 13/02/2019
Escalation made over the phone: 4 times as a result got two generic email stating delay is causing because we have request more information to other government department which is not under HO control.
MP email: 25/02/2019
ILR refused: 26/03/2019 Reason Language test expired.
Super priority fee refund:26/03/2019

I have come across with similar situation with my family friend he was asked to provide updated language test and then he got the decision. I was never asked for further information. I have submitted my language test when applied for my extension as well. I have been told one of immigration adviser that if home office used your language document then you don't need to provide new one.
hope this will give you an idea that Home office decisions are uncertain

My timeline of fresh application after refusal of ILR ( B1 test expired)
online application; 28/03/2018
Biometric at 20 Mark Lane London; 05/04/2019 at 1pm
Email from HO : None
