I didn't ask any questions but used this website to track ILR timeline.
Here is mine:
application submitted Super priority: = 3/4/2019
Biometric done at Croydon: 5/4/2019
Checked Right to work status on 6/4/2019 : End date was my Tier 2 Visa end date
Checked Right to work status today 8/4/2019: There is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK.

Haven't seen any emails from HO yet.

“Update”
Still no news as have not received any email and also checked right to work website.
fLR-M extension
Super priority service
Biometric in Croydon :12/03/2019

Can anyone pls help me with how I can escalate my case through MP as I didn’t receive any reference number for the case or anything like that. Should I just use my BRP number and passport number?

I submitted my Set(O) application last week and am waiting to hear anything back. Timeline to date is as follows:

Original immigration date: 1 May 2014 (as a Tier 2 General visa holder)
ILR eligibility: 3 April 2019
Online application submission and document upload: 3 April 2019, 7am
Biometric appointment: 3 April 2019, 9am (London Premium Lounge)
Email acknowledgment: none to date following my appointment confirmation
Online BRP status: existing BRP expiration and sponsor limitation show as of 8 April
Decision letter: waiting
BRP received: waiting

I spoke with the UKVI hotline just prior to COB on 5 April and was told that no one can look into my situation until Thursday, 11 April. Further, I was told not to expect any updates by email. I'm hoping for the best but am not happy with being left in the dark having paid £3k+ for premium service for me, my wife, and child.

Hi All,

Anyone, whose Super Priority Service is delayed, this may help you.

Story is long, but I have to explain to make it clear.

I applied for ILR based on Tier 2 Gen. (5 years) on Super Priority Basis.

On the day when I submitted docs, Caseworker chased me via email asking about the dependant children living with me. I replied back to case worker in 5-10 minutes but then didn’t hear anything back from her ever.

Which means the case was not decided with in the service standards. It took them more than two weeks to decide my case and this happened after two chasers.

Afterwards, I reached out to tier25TMC@homeoffice.gov.uk and explained the whole timeline and claimed the refund of £610 on the basis that the application was not decided with in the service standards.

The reply I got from the Migration team was, Caseworker marked my file as out of service standards because there was a missing piece of information and that is why Caseworker chased me for (email about dependants). Hence I am not eligible for the refund.

I was shocked to see this reply, as there was something clearly misunderstood. To me the question in the email about dependants was not a missing piece of information. Hence, I reached out to the team again and claimed that I supplied the reply in 5-10 minutes hence I don’t consider that this is right. Kindly, my claim should be re-looked at. Again the response was a failure because the case worker has a responsibility to check this with the applicants and this was not readily provided so I am not eligible for the refund. Sorry.

Third Time, I clearly questioned, kindly refer me to the application form or the guidance which establishes that this was a missing information, on my case, hence it was labelled as out of service standards. I also attached the snapshots of the emails, and stated, this means, any person who is applying for ILR and had dependants on the previous application should not use priority service because then Case workers can easily mark their applications as out of service standards based on the above question and the applicants can lose £610 for no reason. Plus, if an applicant can provide all the relevant information as per the checklist why would someone will not provide this information if this is a known piece of required information. I also, mentioned that on my cover letter there was a mention of Dependants that they are not part of this application. Hence I still remain dissatisfied, kindly have a look again at my claim.

This time, person has checked the files thoroughly and came back with a positive response and allowed my claim of £610 acknowledging that there was a mention on the cover letter so there was enough information available for the caseworker to make the decision. But there was no mention that they will apply for leave to remain before expiry of current leave. Hence caseworkers asked the question. But on the balance, person is satisfied and allowing me a refund.

I was also told that, in future, please provide as much information as you can to make it easy for caseworkers to make the decision in given service standards.

As this has nearly cost me £610, please make sure you guys add two things to your cover letters.

• Mention of your dependants
• They will apply for leave to remain before expiry of current leave (if they are not part of your ILR application)

Best of luck.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,
JR

MP escalated for me and waiting what will happen.
FLR-M extension
Biometric 12/03/2019
Via priority service
It has been a month now. The service is terrible. They should either refuse or grant or asked for more documents. It is ridiculous the way they are handling some cases. We can’t wait for them for ever.

Its because you keep asking questions in this topic that are not relevant to ukcvas process after applying. If you have questions etc other than this topic heading, you should start your own topic!!!

Please desist from posting multiple duplicate questions quoting different users to ask for an update. This is seen as 'post padding' to increase post count as they are low value posts.

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone who applied for ILR using the super priority service on the 15th of Feb, biometrics submitted on the 16th of Feb in Croydon, is still waiting for a decision? Thanks

Hi there, I enrolled on 21st Feb. Still have not heard a single word from them. Crazy as I need to travel on 7th April . They are just so slow and lazy. Did u escalate ?

Hi All

How many times can one cancel and re-book appointments with Sopra Steria for an application? And how many days before your appointment should you cancel it to be able to get a refund of the booking fees (£60, £100, £260, etc.)?

Many thanks

They have not refused it but no decision after 32 days. I just asked to know the options in case.

Hello

Does anybody know if the super priority service is still adhering to the one day response or do they have delays?

Apologies if there is another thread for this

It really does depend on various aspects. As you were already advised in your own topic, there is no guarantee that you will definitely get a quick response.
