Honestly thats is very strange. Its like our applications doesn't exist. Its stressing me out. I was reading on another page of immigration board that people have received visa's with in 10days of normal application ( no super priority). Also, there is no way of checking what so ever.

Thank you
You know thats exactly how i feel. If you pay so much money, there should be some better way of tracking it.If we call we are told the same thing. That we cannot do anything further for 30 days. Its very upsetting and stressful. Im having a very complicated pregnancy and with this on top its really not doing me any good. Every week that goes by i lose more hope and get more upset. There are people who applied after me and recieved next day! I really dont understand.

Have you heard anything since Lucky?

We have had nothing at all since that generic email and the Right to work website hasnt updated either.

I know a few people on the thread have said the right to work website didnt update for them until they had the decision.

Its such a stressful time, i really feel for you too Lucky <3

Where did you apply from? We had biometrics done in Glasgow.
Hi mrswow I applied on 12/7/19 online.
Document submit on 19/7/19 .
Recall for scanning some document 24/7/19 .
After that nothing from home office .
Very stressful time I really pray for everyone to get their visas.
Hi @ Lucky79, @mrswow
Have you heard anything from Home Office?
Thanks

Hi mrswow, I didn’t get any update from Croydon homeoffice . It’s been 5 weeks now from the day I applied and submitted my documents. My case is very simple and straightforward don’t know why it’s take that long . I will do 2nd escalate on 2/9/19 hope to get positive update before that . I will update you when I get anything from home office .

Literally don't understand whats going on. I can't even get over the fact that they tell rudely to people who have paid £800 that you can not ask any question for next 30 days.

@mrswow: This situation is definitely stressful for any family but we can understand that it is very difficult for you when you are expecting a baby and health is not very good. Stress is also not good for your pregnancy. I really hope that you get positive news asap.

Hi,

I submitted my application using the super priority service at Croydon yesterday and am still waiting for reply. I have been trying to check the right to work website with my current BRP card number and passport number but it tells me that the detail doesn’t match.

Should I keep checking with my current BRP card number and passport number and at some point it will change to ‘no limit to work’? Is this how it works?

Thanks very much!

Hi All,

I registered as I also want to share my recent application progress under the super priority service:

Route: Tier 2 General - ILR
Application submitted: 23 August 2019
Documents uploaded: 26 August 2019
Biometrics enrolled: 28 August 2019

I am yet to receive any email from the Home office or its agents. I have not received even a generic email. I gave it end of yesterday as per gov website super priority means getting a decision by end of next working day, but still haven't got any communication. Right to work status still remains unchanged. My application is very straight forward - leave to enter was August 2014, stayed with the same employer since then. not sure why it's taken more than the service standard time now. :(

You do not need passport to check right to work website as you only need your BRP and DOB.

Many thanks for your kind words.
So I can just use the current (T2) BRP number and DOB? It kept showing details don’t match. Should I keep checking until it shows no limit to work?

I am applying through the 10 year route for settlement but I current hold a T2 Visa.

Thanks!

Yes, it is very frustrating especially that it is now going into the weekend! I applied in Cardiff library. I think that is a core service centre. I paid £100 for the slot as well as I wanted to get an appointment as quickly as possible.

Hello All,

Good morning. If anyone can clarify my query it would be helpful. I applied in Superpriority on Feb 13th in Croydon and I got the email today morning saying

"I’m pleased to confirm that your application for indefinite leave to remain under Tier 2 of the immigration arrangements has now been decided. You will receive your decision letter in due course. Thank you for using our super priority service."

But in that email they haven't mentioned anything about the whether it is granted ot not. Am panicking soes this mean it's not granted.Anyone have similar email?

Awaiting response.
Hi Vickyas

Hello
Searching and reading from this forum from long time but its my first post.
I have applied for ILR tier2 5 year route. Time frame is as follows:

croydon appointmnet: 27/07/2019
chase them up on phone and received auto gen email: 05-08-2019
received email of grant ILR on 19-08-2019
End line was "Thank you for using our super priority service."

Now my question is can i get refund of my super priority service fee?
is anybody got it recently ?
What is the exact process of it?
Please suggest me as i am so confused.

Thanks so much to all of you.

Dear all,

I just registered to share my experience.

Route: Tier 2 - ILR

Application made: 10/08/2019
Biometric enrolled: 29/08/2019

I paid for the super priorty service and was supposed to get a decision by the end of last Friday 30/08/2019, however, I still have not receive any email or notification from home office.

On Saturday 31/08/2019, I went to government website to check the right to work, I put my current BRP number in, it shows that: You can work in the UK. There is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK.

Today I called UKVI at 9am, and was told that they cannot advise the application status, they said the decision should be made by the end of last Friday, if your appointment was on Thursday, however, it will take them 5 working days for them to send the decision out to me.

I have checked with my immigration adviser, he said if the work status is changed to there is no limit,it could mean that the application is granted, however, he advised me to wait for the official confirmaton email.

So, there is no other way but to wait it out..

Hi all,

Just wanted to share my timeline:

Aug 28 (Wed) - application submitted with paid Super Priority Service and all documents uploaded
Aug 30 (Fri) - biometrics done (8am Croydon £100)
Aug 2 (Mon) - 4pm email confirmation of granted visa FLR(M)

I had also been checking the Right to Work page all day and even after I received my confirmation email it still shows my old visa work status. So it might not be the best indication that you haven't been granted your visa yet if this has not changed.

Thank you for the post. I really would like to belive that this right to work site is a good indication that the ILR is granted when it shows that there is no limit on how long you can stay.

However, my immigration adviser told me that this is only 40% trustworthy, and he thinks that my application might be currently put on hold by home office, because I have a salary raise in June this year.

I enrolled biometics on 29th August at 9:30am, until now I have heard nothing from Home Office.

If they need more time they should have contacted me by email to say my case is complicated, which in my ipinion is not.

Their service is so poor, there is no one to speak to on their end, all they say on the phone is that they don't have information on the application status.

I applied at Glasgow too FLR (M) second period , had biometrics done on the 26th of July and we have not had any word yet at all. We have escalated once and cannot again for 30 days. I was wondering if you applied in Glasgow, did they make you go all the way to sheffield for an interview? Thats a long(ish) way. Glad you eventually got an answer though! Congratulations. We are still waiting.

Hi!

I have a very similar situation to you with the pay raise 2 months ago. Got an advisor and he seems to think it will be fine. I've submitted the application and booked an appointment next week. A bit nervous tbh. Please keep us posted.

Best of luck.

Hi All,

Anyone did biometrics on 28/8/2019 as a super-priority service applying for Tier 2 switching from Tier 4 and get a decision email/post?

My status as follows:
Date of Application: 27/8 (super-priority service switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 general)
Date of Biometric taken: 28/8
Email received from Home Office: 29/8 (Exceptionally complex letter)
Letter from caseworker on 1/9: that the TIer 4 varied to Tier 2 application only, because I applied for Tier 4 DES on March 2019 with no decision made until today.

nothing after!!

Is there anyone in the same boat?
What if the delay from the Home Office exceeds the CoS starting time? is the Sponsor can cancel my job offer?

Thanks

Hi Everyone,

This website has been great in finding answers and I just wanted share my experience with the Super Priority Service:

Applied for FLR(M)
Online Application submission: 15/08/19
Biometric Appointment: 17/08/19 at Croydon. Included document scanning.
Received Visa granted email: 20/08/19 14:20

Very happy with the experience. The Sopra Steria staff were very helpful and got the appointment done and over with in 45 minutes.

Thank you everyone.
Have you received your official letter and new BRP in the mail yet? I have just received my confirmation of a granted visa and my email says I "will receive the decision letter and BRP in due course." I'm just wondering what "due course" timelines look like.

Thanks!

My current timeline is as follows:

- online application submitted via solicitors on 30/08;
- appointment attended in Croydon this morning (04/09). It turned out the solicitors didn’t submit any of my supporting documents, so I had to pay £45 extra to have them scanned on site;
- was told that that results will be notified today or tomorrow.

The fact that the solicitors didn’t bother uploading my documents in advance (even though expressly confirming that this has been done) is slightly worrying.
