Yes, I mean my solicitor. I had submitted my biometrics in Manchester on Sat, 1 Dec. It was for a change in employer.
I see. So it was for Tier 2 (General)? Do you know how your solicitor received the decision? By email?9127 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 6:34 pmYes, I mean my solicitor. I had submitted my biometrics in Manchester on Sat, 1 Dec. It was for a change in employer.
Ah very lucky. I applied in croydon on the 24th also have a solicitor but have not heard back. Today my solicitor emailed the case work team to find out .... I’m also trying to change employer.cja_1234 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 6:37 pmI see. So it was for Tier 2 (General)? Do you know how your solicitor received the decision? Yes, indeed. I was myself getting very nervous, but I hope this shows that they are making some progress and hope others get a decision soon as well. I am not entirely sure as they just forwarded the email to me.manuelabe wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 6:43 pm9127 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 6:34 pmYes, I mean my solicitor. Congrats Jibrankayub, glad to hear that some people are getting a relatively quick turnaround!
Not yet from me. I also did the biometrics on the 1st. I know it could be anecdotal but it seems SET (O) under Tier 2 route is particularly slow.FarooqShah86 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 10:30 pmExactly! UKVI works 5 days and UKVCAS 6 days so if Monday UKVI is clearing Friday, then Tuesday they will clear Monday first to meet deadline logically? Not sure how it works bit there is a disparity between application received days and application processing days isn't it.
