UKVI 0300 790 6268 "ADVICE" LINE

I have called this number 5 times this week, each time I have had over an hour of waiting only to be disconnected, without speaking to anyone.

On at least two of those calls, I was charged money (you have to enter you card details).

I have called them before this week and the wait times have been much shorter and I have always got through to someone. Is anyone else experiencing difficulties?
