visa application forms

hi
my brother with his wife and four kids want to apply for standard visitor visa / family visit visa. Do they have to fill up seperate visa application forms for each applicant or just husband and wife visa forms and include kids on it??.

Each person applying completes their own form form.

6 people = 6 forms
