Visa Issued Just before 2 days of expiry

Hi,

I applied for a BRP replacement visa in Pakistan but I was not notified of the decision been made. I got visa just before 2 days before expiry date caused me stress and financial loss. I'm looking something like immigration human rules and right so I can get my right and voice listened to get fulfilled based on those points. Visa Issuing authoring claims they had technical error.
