13-11-2019 : Visa stamped with expiry 13:05-2019 ( 6 month visa not 5 year validaity)

Weird situation!! Nno cluse wthat happned.
Only explianed 6 months uk visit plan in sponsor letter.

Please advice what to do?

Did you get a visa in November with wrong expiration date? If that's the case, you should raise this asap with your TLC\VFS.

If the question is re the length ie it's 6 months instead of 5 years, then did you have UK visas before? A normal route is 6 months, then 1 year, 2 years and - maybe (!) 5-10 years. It is very unlikely that someone will get a long visa at the first run.

And yes, for a longer visa you need to have a letter from sponsor saying that you will be travelling often over next years, so they ask for a longer visa to be granted.

When you are applying online, there's a warning (at least from my experience) that there is no guarantee that you will get the length of visa that you've requested.

They had 5 years visa before and left each time country with timeframe allocated by ECO

Have they been staying in the UK for 180 days every 12 months for the 5 year period?

Can you list all their dates they entered and left the UK?

What does the letter say that would have come with the visa?

Aunty ( dependent house wife)
Got visa 5 year stamped, she got passport received today.
Uncle had passport 3 days ago with 6 month visa issued.
Both had one and same letter of sponsorship, the letter had both persons passport information.

usually you get a ukba letter with passport , but pakistan gerry fedex VSF
Open the envelope, give u passport n keep rest with them.

Each entry in past they stayed under 30 days out of 180 days.

Yesterday this issue was reported to an offical at

UK Visa Application Center
Chatta Bakhtawar, Islamabad, Islamabad Capital
Pakistan

They email to UK Embassy Abu Dhabi

Today (21-11-2019) Good news.

They asked us to resubmit my uncle's passport.
Hopefully next 5 days we will get the desired 5 years visa.

Happy days...
