im new to this forum and i have a scenrio which is quite confusing ,please help
my nephew is staying in india(he is 8 year old) , he stay with my Inlaws in india . his mother is expired and his father got settled in Oman after his second marriage. he alone staying with my inlaws,
My husband and me want to bring them to UK for the summer holidays for a visit ,he has only 2 month school leave so for 3 months we want to apply for visiting visa.
we have a consent from his father that we can take him to UK for a short visit, please some one help me with what are the doccuments we required to bring him along with my Inlaws.
