Visitor visa for mother in law rejected. need help 4 reapply

Hi experts, recently i applied for family visitor visa for my mother in law, it got rejected, and the reason is "I AM (ECO) NOT SATISFIED YOU HAVE PRESENTED A SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION OF YOUR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN INDIA WHICH LEADS ME TO DOUBT YOUR INTENTION WHILST IN THE UK. IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING I AM NOT SATISFIED YOU ARE GENUINELY SEEKING ENTRY AS A VISITOR AND THAT YOU WILL LEAVE THE UK AT THE END OF THE VISIT".

Application Background:
1) unemployed
2) No proof of saving or income was submitted as i was sponsoring the visa.
3) no property on her name.

When we applied for the first time, we did not disclose my wife is pregnant, i am planning with the below details again:
1) my wife is pregnant
2) Mother in law have a fixed deposit for 1.5L
3) source for 1.5L: We deposited 1.5L in her bank account on May 9th and the same is now being converted as FD on Jul 2nd
4) Affidavit from notary stating that she have family in india whom she is currently residing with.
5) Husband's property worth.

would that help? Please advice

please help, am i good to mention about maternity in the second application though we did not mention in our first application. Please advice

The matter of the pregnancy won't strengthen a further application. In fact it may flag up another reason for your mother-in-law to be reluctant to return to her home country.

I have seen people say FDs are not taken into account, becasue they are not tangible. But when my in laws applied they supplied FD proof as well as normal bank statments and it was fine for us.
