Visitor visa for Uk

Hello
I want to apply for uk visit visa for GMC registration but I have 175000 rupees ( 700 pound) in my one bank account.
And 125000 rupee * about 500 pound) in another account.
I am an employee and salary comes in both bank accounts

Q1. Can I apply with this money for uk visit visa

Q2. My wife is a working and she can give me money as a gift. She has two accounts . In one saving account she has 200000 rupee( about 770 pound). And in another account, she gave her monthly salary to her sister as loan.

Q3 can my friend in uk can gift me money or sponsor so that I can apply
