General visit visa second time

Hi,

I am working as a software engineer and already been to UK on a short term work visa in 2012. After that I went on a general visit visa last year 2013. While applying visa, I mentioned that I will be staying in UK for 1 month. But as i extended my leave , i stayed in UK almost 2.7 months. My visa was valid for 6 months. Now again I am planning to apply for a general visit visa. I have valid documents with me. But as i stayed 2.7 months in UK last year instead of 1 month, will my current visa application will be accepted? Please advice.
