German Green Card for IT Specialist

Dear All! Hello
I got German Green Card for IT Specialist in October 2004. I lost my job in Jan 2005. I was failed to find some other job within given 90 days time period. I left Germany. I came back to Pakistan. My green card expired in August 2008. Now I've a spouse and 2 kids. I want to move again to Germany. Any body guide me properly.
