Get confused in Earning Proofs

Hi,


I worked for a local company that has business of computer training, services and solutions. I worked as Senior Manager Technical.

My problem is that they give me open checks for my pay that i draw from bank (i dont have account in it) and then after taking amount of my need and debit rest of it to my bank.

My employer pays tax against my salary and i have Tax Return document. Problem is that my bank statement wont show my exact salary and which is less then require for HSMP.

So it is required to submit bank statement with my HSMP application or only Tax Return can proof it.
