Getting Divorce after 3 Yrs on EUFAM-4....Need help

Hi every one...i was married in 2005 im frm India n my wife is frm Latvia.i got stamp 4 on local garda station in 2005 n 06 then i applied for EUFAM4 card that i got in 2007 till 2012. Now my wife want to move back to Lativa but i want to stay in ireland.so we getting divorce.she want to giv me divorce in lativa.im full time work in irelnd.

(1)my question is there is any problem on my status after divorce?

(2)can i eligible to applay Irish Passport in May 2010 becoz i complete my 5 years on EUFAM4 ?.

(3)Should i inform DOJ or Local immigration office abt my seperation or divorce?

I really thanx ful if some one give me advice.....
