getting husband back to me

Post by steph_1419 » Mon Dec 25, 2006 4:52 am

Hello i am Canadian and met my husband while he was here in Canada on a visitors visa while studying for 6 months here in Canada, we got married but he had to go back because his visa was expiring and because of some family matters, we are now ready for him to come back, he is from Panama, and we were just wondering which is the fastest way for him to come back here and the easiest...for me to sponsor him and apply for perment residency, or have him apply for a visitors visa than do the sponsoring while he is here....also any other information you have would be greatly appreciated!!!

I also have one more question we also have a friend from Panama, who was also here in Canada studying english, on a visitors visa he would like to come back here to live and work...he does not have any work experiance so a skilled workers visa would not work....what are some options...thanks

Look into Quebec work permits. He would have to learn French.
