Getting Job lesser than one year prior to first extension

Dears,

I am in UK and got the job just 6 month prior to first extension. I am based on previous earning criteria also. Can I apply for the extension with just 6 month earnings? Please do explain the ruling on this.

Yes, if you qualify.

There is no "ruling" but only rules - specified in the immigration rules and related policy guidance(s).
