getting married here or in egypt

Hi,

I'm a british national. and i want to get married to my egyptian fiancee (i'm originaly egyptian) is is ok if i apply for a fiancee visa for here then we get married in uk? and will she be able to change it over here from fiancee to setlement ? . also what if we got married there? what exactly i should send her to go to the embassy with?. also i been married before to a uk resident and now divorced cause of my ex adultery.
