Hi All,
My initial application was rejected due to none of my mistake but purely because case worker's mistake. The thread is here:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... highlight=
Because I was not given any option to appeal (in-country and visa still valid) I had to re-apply for a new one. I've decided not to contact Home Office because I don't want my application to go outside the system (no reference number etc. etc. if I sent the application back to HO without the proper avenue).
I reapplied with the same documentation, with updated bank statements but without my saving account because now my current account only is enough for the maintenance fund. And it was approved with no issue. Now that I've got my visa, I'm wondering what should I do with my initial unfair rejection.
So my question:
Is it worth it for me trying to get my application money back from HO? It's not the end of the world, but £820 is still a good sum of money.
If so what anyone has any suggestion of what should I do?
Thanks for any advice.
