Getting Tier 1(general) on PGDBM

HI Guys,

I have been to many places to get a satisfactory answer but everyone has put me in doubt…might b I can get the answer from here.

The problem is I enrolled in MBA degree(UK) but unfortunately got failed in my dissertation twice and got PGDBM. I have applied for PSW and got that as I have applied before 30 May2009 . Now the HO has stop giving PSW Visa on PGDBM.

My question is that when I will apply for Tier 1 (General) will I able to get the Tier Visa or not, as I have got the PGDBM.

I have heard that I will able to get the Tier 1 under ‘transitional arrangements’, I don’t know what’s that but I have just heard.

Help me Guys.
