Good Character Question

Post by 3031 » Mon Jun 24, 2013 6:38 pm

Hi,

Please can you advise us.

My husband is applying for naturalization following 5 years residency through a spouse visa and then ILR granted 2009.

My husband was refused entry at Dublin port in 2003, he was not deported just sent back to the UK (where he held a visa). We disclosed this information at both the approved spouse and ILR applications.

Do we need to include it again in the good character section?

Thank you.

This should not be revelant to the good character requirement. However, there is nothing stopping you writing it in the extra information box, for continuity if nothing more ;-)
