As you've been advised before, your last bank statement shouldn't be more than one calendar month old.
The Entry Officer won't take any notice of your airline ticket so there's not much point in submitting it. (I assume you were thinking of submitting a copy). What date are you hoping to travel?

According to the Teleperformance website the priority service is only available for non-settlement visas. Have you checked with them to confirm this? Current statistics show that 60% of spouse visa applications submitted in Rabat and decided in Paris are processed in 60 days.

You were given the link to the agent teleperformance some time ago. Here a link to general info but you need to register in order to make an appointment. The priority service for settlement visas is available in the USA but you need to check with the agent whether this an option in Rabat, as their website states: Priority Visa Service £100 (non-settlement)

http://www.ge2ma.tpcontact.co.uk/services-general

If I were you I would call them as you appear to be working to a very tight schedule.

Apply online visa4uk website and download appendix 2 financial info which you should complete by hand. Then you have to make the appointment and register on the Teleperformance website. They are the agents who now handle all visa applications in Morocco before sending them to Paris for processing. http://www.ge2ma.tpcontact.co.uk/process

I don't have access to the form as you need to register to be able to view it. If the online application is the same as the printed form section 4 is about you the applicant and asks for your parent's details.

We've gone through this several times. As she meets the minimum £18,600 income she doesn't have to submit the savings statements but it won't hurt to do so. Submit the statements showing both savings accounts.

Well you should be able to see what date the October statement is. Is it before or after the 27th of the month? Don't forget the last payslip also shouldn't be more than 28 days old. How are you receiving the banks statements and payslips from the UK?

I think you're confusing yourself as you often repeat the same questions. I've already said that the bank statement should be date no older than one calendar month. If you're applying on the 27th November and the statement is dated 31st October then you don't have a problem. You do the maths.
If you're submitting an October payslip then this will be fine.
