Thanks tvn_ramesh & wp2tier1

I noted your comments. Few questions
1. Do I need to mention in my cover letter that why I am only opting for the recent 9 months.
2. One of my friend got tier 1 recently and he told me that the VAC asked him to bring his previous certificates too, and he had to bring those from his home on that very day to complete his application. Maybe it is required only in Pakistan. I think it will not put any issue.
3. Similarly one of my other friend was asked to provide tb test report and given the new date so that he can manage to get tb test along with his application. Thats why I am attaching that too.
4. Marriage certificate is required, it is mentioned in VAF9 form.

I hope this will help someone. Any further suggestions are welcome.

@Edo
I will take your comments as "good effort". :-)
I wanted to be sure that I am spending my money and getting something in reward. I am just trying.
