Got approval- what now?

Hi. First of all I would like to thank those people who have helped us so far.

Myself and my Fiance applied for the Fiance's Visa a few months ago. Today I received an email that they mailed out a letter approving the Visa!! Does anyone know how long it will take from here? My Fiance is pregnant in the US and I'm in Ireland. We need to be together asap!
