Got BRP after 14 months!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Allah(swt). I have got my BRP today after a long long 14 months of wait!!!

Applied 16th December 2012
Refused 25th April 2013 (Reason third party's bank letter doesn't show my name)
Appeal hearing 13th December 2013
Appeal allowed 17th December 2013.
BRP received by solicitor 14th January 2014!!!!
Passport and docs awaiting delivery.

I haven't received the refund of fees yet, does anyone know the telephone number to call to chase the refund of fees?

Congrats at last another defeat to UKBA. I wish you best of luck in your future plans. About refund did judge award you the refund if Yes don't worry about it that much the most important thing is they send you BRP which is more important. But i hope you will get a refund soon

Yes! Award of fee was mentioned on all pages. We were total of 4 applicants which is a lot of money

Just wondering after the HO offered reconsideration, did they ask you to post you current BRP or Passport or Police Reg Cert before they informing the outcome?
