Got ILR & family will apply SPOUSE visa. Eligible 4 bene

I got ILR and my wife and 2 kids will apply for Spouse Visa from UK. Kindly guide me whether do I qualify for any benefits or not? Can it effect citizenship?

As a holder of ILR you are entitled to benefits and it will not affect your route to citizenship
