I got other person's document

Hello.

Few weeks ago, I applied for Tier 4 dependant visa for my new born baby.
A week ago, I received a post which contains an acceptance letter, passport, and other documents.
And, I will receive the BRP tomorrow (19th) by the DX.
The reason why I know that the delivery date is that I miss the delivery attempt, so I got a letter from the DX.
I can think that all process for the visa was well done.

But, there is a serious problem.
An acceptance letter is for my baby, but, passport and other document which I received is not ours.
So I made a call to Home Office in order to let them know this situation.
A staff said to me that someone will contact to me.
But there is no contact yet.

I understand they are very busy.
But I think that this is also big problem.
I cannot understand this situation.
Are they too slow? or Is it not a severe problem for them?

Anyway, I want to find my baby's passport and other documents.
Also, I want to return other's passport and documents.
What should I do to resolve this problem?
Am I just supposed to wait for their response regardless how much time will it take?
