hi everybody

help me out .. .

i had refuse under student visa past by 2002 in May

but the problem is i lost the refusal letter for the same

and in near future i am going to apply for Hsmp Ec. . expecting sooon . .

can anybody help me out what is the procedure to get the refusal

letter. .or is it ok if i apply for EC without the refusal letter. .

is there any certain ways to get the letters. . .back . . if yes what is the

procedure. . pls help me out. . thanks in advance. .
