I got the fiance visa - trying now for the spouse one

Thank to your the advice , I went back to my country and got the fiance visa. My fiance is a british citizen
Now I am marrying soon and wondering ...which documents I need to send out with my new application. How long after my wedding to I need to lodge the new application? I presume it has to be before my fiance visa expires, right?
All help vey much appreciated
