Applied on 19th Dec.. Received Biomtric on 30th dec. Perform on 31st Dec. Received my Visa on 10th of Jan 2014 Alhamdulillah....

hi i applied my visa last week i need to make some investment do i withdraw some money for my other business, and will it effect on my application or not to money go down by 5 to 10000 pounds please let me know if u knwo this

Hello Syed5, Technically you can withdraw money but according to current situation not a good idea. So my advice is to you leave your money in your bank until you get any decision. Hopefully my advice will be helpful to you. BEST OF LUCK

I was just wondering if HO made any enquiries about your contracts? I have heard that they randomly pick 1 of your active contracts and they email them to see if the contract is active and genuine.

Please advise.

Mehul, they can verify any contract at anytime.. It depends how genuinely you represent your case. If they get suspicious on anything, they will try to make contact.. So try to make some contracts with some phone and emails that are easily accessible. But what my point of view is, if the other company is registered on company house and they have google existence, they will just verify that.. If it wont be existing, then they will try to access company or person to verify contract. Thanks

Technically, Yes you can.. But ideally, you should not. Because they may ask you proof of investments if they find missing amount later or decline straight away. It depends on CO.
