Hi
First of all...many many congratulations for your visa.

Now, I had also applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur from Tier 1 PSW on 31st January 2013, which was rejected on 17th April 2013 and appealed on 2nd May 2013. The hearing was on 6th November 2013, where UKBA withdrew from the case stating the reason for rejection was wrong (the initial reason for rejection was that I had not supplied the Company's House letter for the Director's appointment...which actually I had...and it was an oversight from the caseworker). Since then I have been waiting to hear from them and I have had no responses.
So your post here was quite an encouragement...but what I wanted to know from you was, how did you get the refund refund for the court fee? Was it credited automatically to your account, or did you receive a cheque? I am asking this, not because I care for the many, as much as I care for the it's indication that my visa has been granted. Can you please help?
