Graduate level work for doctor's internship years

I have a questions for doctors internship experience.
In my country, you do internship after you receive your Bachelor of Medicine.
As I understand it, and also according to GMC, for UK qualified
doctors, the internship year is Pre-Registration House Officer level.

But, HSMP guidance notes differentiate internship and Pre-Registration
House Officer. HSMP does not recognize internship as graduate level work, but they recognize Pre-Registration as graduate level work.

For those of you who have applied for HSMP as a doctor, have you successfully received graduate level work point for your internship ?
