Graduate Visa Application Question

Hey Guys,

My partner is currently applying for a graduate visa and we just have a few questions, i appreciate any advice!

Shes on a tier 4 visa right now, she paid a company to complete the application. On her travel history, they put down that she arrived in Japan on the 8th and left on the 15th. After filling in the travel history section on the graduate visa and comparing it to her tier 4 application, we noticed she actually arrived on the 9th.

what date should we put down on her graduate visa application and will this cause any issues? She 100% arrived on the 9th, its just her tier 4 application said the 8th. Put the correct date, the previous mistake can be explained away.

Also she got issued a new passport half way through the year so when applying for the graduate visa, should she be uploading both passports in one pdf file with the newest being first? Does this include the front, back, and blank pages aswell as the passport details and pages that are stamped? Scan separately, named as old and new passport. Biodata page and stamped/visa pages containing immigration and travel history suffices.
