Graduate visa - wife can't come as dependant

Hi,
Please I just got married and am on the post-study visa but they said my wife can't join me as a dependant but she can come in as a visitor. I need help. What to do next.

What they say is correct.

One option is to find a employer willing to sponsor you and switch to Skilled Worker visa, then your wife can apply as dependant.
