Guidance needed for child visa

Hello everyone,
Behalf of friend currently he is got visa under the Immigration Rules on the 10-year parent route.
Now he is looking for to apply visa for his newly born child could you please guide which application form should we use?

Are you saying he's currently a dependent under his son? And looking to make another dependent under a dependent??

Really need to provide more information on this if going to get an answer.

1. Your friend has parent visa. Assume this is down to relationship with the mother who was British breaking down and no longer willing to sponsor him. As such only visa option for him was the parent of a British citizen route.

2. Where was the new child born ? Where are they now ?

3. What is nationality of new childs mother and relationship of friend to the mother?

4. If new child mother is not British and child is born abroad why can't mother look after them abroad ? What is plan for new child mother ?

If new child was born abroad and living abroad and new child mother is not British or Irish then suspect no visa options until your friend gets British citizenship or ILR status.
