Guidance Req- Salary Slips + Bank Stmt - New App - After AR

Post by rajmycontact » Mon Oct 25, 2010 11:33 pm

Dear Seniors,

I am preparing a new tier1 application for my wife after the current tier1 resulting into AR.

The current refusal was for points not being awarded in Salary section.
Following were the comments for salary section in refusal notice

1) A copy of an Axis bank statement dated from 04.09.2009 to 29.09.2010. This document is not an original bank statement and is not on official bank stationery and is therefor not acceptable.

2) Printouts of an internet Axis bank account dated 04.09.2009 to 29.09.2010. According to the published guidance, when electronic statement from an online account are submitted you are also required to provide a supporting letter from the bank on the company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic or the official stamp of the bank issuing the statements must appear on every page of the statement. You have not completed either of these requirements and therefore these cannot be considered.

3) Payslips dated 01.09.2009 to 01.09.2010 from your employer MSM private limited. However according to the published guidance, as these payslips are not formal or on headed paper, they should be signed and stamped by your employer to authenticate them. The payslips you have submitted have not been authenticated in this way and therefore cannot be considered.

New Application Preparation: We are planning to submit new tier1 application on 25 Nov 2010 with following documents for salary sections:

1) Bank Statement issued on the original letter head of Axis bank which details all the transactions from 04.09.2009 to 18.11.2010. Also will get bank seal and signature on every page of this statement.

2) All the individual payslips dated 01.09.2009 to 01.09.2010 printed on formal A4 Paper. Will get all these salary slip signed and sealed by employer.
In addition to this we will also submit the consolidated salary slip which details the gross salary and net salary for every month from 01.09.2009 to 01.09.2010 on the original letter head of the company ( i guess this need not required to be signed and sealed)

I hope by submitting these documents I will meet all the requirements mentioned by them and hopefully will clear the guidelines for salary proof to be shown from two sources.

Actually my wife took extra care to generate individual salary slip from HR for every month though their company do not generate the same...their company payroll for month always shows the current monthly salary and in the same salary slip it also list all the previous month salary and their breakdown (net + gross) on the same salary slip (for whole financial year) so thought of providing the consolidated salary slip printed on company headed paper which seems to be easy.

Q. Will these documents satisfy ECO for providing points in salary section this time? Any extra care i need to take? Please advice

Regards
Raj

I think your rejection reasons 1 2 and 3 are more than enough to tell you what you should submit. I think you are good to go with your new documents. If you are getting consolidated payslip better get it signed and sealed. good luck.
