Guidance on Tier 2 Application Questions - Family Details

Hi,

I'm being sponsored for a Tier 2 visa and am now applying from outside the UK using the Visa4UK online application, but there are a few questions that I'm not sure how to respond:

- In the 'Family Details' section, I have given my fiancées name, he is not coming with me (not applying for a dependant visa), but I am asked about his current passport number. He doesn't hold a valid passport at the moment, should I enter his expired passport details and make a not in the Additional Information section, or should I enter something like 000000?

- Also, in the Main Address and Contact number, I'm listing my sponsor's address and contact number, and have made a note in Additional Information that upon confirmation of my visa my sponsor will help me arrange for temporary accommodation, is this correct?

- Should I also make a note in Additional Information that my previous (expired) passport is lost, and that I will be submitting the official police report confirming its loss?
