H1B Eligibality for Diploma Education

Hi All,

I have done my Diploma in Computer science ( 3 years course) after my 10th class. And my total education is 10+3.
I have completed my Bsc(IT) from Kuvempu University in distance education.

I am working in reputed Indian MNC for past 4 years as software engineer.
I hold Business visa to USA and visited 3 times on short term trip.
Please let me know whether i am eligible to apply for H1b visa.
