Hello
I am looking for people who have done this OR any advices and suggestions on how to proceed in my case
I came to US in year 2000 on H1B left US in 2003 and came back to US in 2005 on the same H1B visa. Now I do qualify for reset of the H1B timer and get another 3+3 = 6 years of H1B status starting 2005
I am submitting
1. My I-94 arrival cards while entering US
2. All my previous H1B approvals with I-94 numbers
3. Passport stamps clearly showing my arrivals in to US and departures from US
4. Out of US travel (leaving from US and entering in to US) flight boarding passes
5. Proof of stay at India, taxes paid in India and employment in India during 2003 to 2005
I am planning to do my H1B premium transfer now and want to submit this to extend/reset my H1B status
My question is How does USCIS verifies my case apart from the data/proofs I am providing, do they have any system to check on when I have entered US and when I have left US? This way can they calculate my arrival records or departure records or both to verify my petition? Does some one have any experience? I have been told that USCIS heavily relays on the valid documentation, proof and passport stamps I send along with my petition. Do they have data base/system/software which they can use readily to check the information provided in the H1B premium transfer petition?
thanks and regards
