I have an issue where my current company gives me only a letter with length of service in the company and current designation. They are not ready to give the duties and responsibilities in the letter. My company is a worlds renowed software developement cmpany and I work in its India Development Center.
Can I do these things...
1. We have our company recruitment website open to anybody who wishes to join the company. In that site I found few jobs for my position. I want to take print outs of these job advts which give detailed duties and responsibilities and qualification required for the job. Then I can query up my company global online employee information which shows by position,designation, my location,contact details, immediate manager and HR MANAGER name and contact details on it. I can also get an org chart showing my level in the org below CEO. Can I use these printed documents to link my position and genuity?
I can also attach original offer letter as secondary evidence. Anyway, I will be using my last 12 month payslips in past earnings section.
Please its very urgent and I would like to apply this weekend. Is that OK?
