I think they are still assessing applications made in January. I expect that only some of the urgent treatment applications made in February may have been considered.

Latest from UKBA website

During the week commencing 9 March 2009, we expect to be considering applications that were received on or before 29 January 2009.

So it looks like the wait continues for candidates who have applied in Feb.
