I have benefits does it help my wife enter or not

I receive, ESA and PIP Benefits(Enhanced rate) and due to my condition I want to return to the UK. My wife of 10 years is Ukranian and I am Irish. Our 2 children hold Irish passports.WE have lived in Cyprus for the last 10 years She has a residence permit tempoary for Cyprus. What are the prospects of returning to UK.I have a pension of 16000 and ESA of 8000 and PIP of 4500 approx. Prior to leaving UK, where I lived for 15 years before coming to Cyprus I always worked but illness forced me into eaerly retirment.

What is the best way to get back? and are the chances good. I need to be close to my family in UK also for support for us all.
