Post by morocco* » Tue Jan 12, 2010 11:55 pm

if you dont contribute towards the house u and your fiancee are going to live in and you live rent and bill free is that a problem, is that bad.

i read many people said they contributed to make their applications look better but do u have 2.

some people said its not a problem and its allowed, but is that actually set in stome, is it defintly the law, u can't be refused for it

thnks

hi

Simple answer is Third party support for accommodation is allowed(You can live with your relatives, friends ect) but you have to apy towards utility bills..If they are paying your bills then this would be considered Third party Support for Maintenance which is not allowed..

Omeo_21, you've asked this question many times...by posting under a different name doesn't mean you'll get a different answer.

I think Omeo and Morroco should be banned for using two different id's but asking the same question.. This is last warning if you are the same and one person. :x

Hi

I have answered your question in above post..

Yes I know their is a recent case law regarding third party support but in home office guidelines it is still in updated yet.

Other things I leave for senior members..

Best Luck
